Andrew Bauman, Founder & Digital Strategist
I started LaudableUX because I kept seeing the same thing: small businesses with real potential, held back by websites that didn't work and no clear, affordable path to fixing them. After a decade in project management, client strategy, and digital implementation, I wanted to give small businesses senior-level help without the agency price tag. I'm based in Boston and work with businesses across New England and beyond: in person when it helps, remote when it doesn't. The order never changes. Understand the business, then plan, then design. Outside of work, I'm usually traveling somewhere new, cooking something ambitious, or noticing the small details that make an experience great or forgettable. That habit shows up in client work: the copy that doesn't quite land, the button that's one pixel off, the page that loses people before they convert.
